These are the rules I operate with. Not borrowed quotes. Actual constraints that keep my brain aligned with reality.

🌱 Start With Simplicity¶

Complex systems break. Simple systems survive.
Simplicity is not aesthetic minimalism.
It is a survival strategy.

Everything wants attention.
Very few things deserve it.
I protect attention the same way I protect passwords.

Motivation fades.
Systems remain.
I depend on processes that still work even on bad days.

Repetition is not boring.
Repetition is how expertise is built.

When something delivers consistent results, I document it.

If a tool locks me in, it’s a ticking time bomb.
I choose open formats, predictable behavior and long term stability.

Honesty is efficient.
It removes mental bookkeeping.
I tell myself the truth even when it stings.
